I paid $70 for the year subscription and basal thermometer - I have yet to receive anything in the mail and its been over a MONTH. I havent been able to use the app properly because I cant record my temperature! WASTE OF MONEY.

This is a free download but the app doesnt do anything unless you pay. It actually cost $70 to use it.

I love Natural Cycles App. I bought the book Taking Charge of Your Fertility to learn fertility Awareness as well as the Lady Comp out of curiosity. Ive been using the Natural Cycles App and Lady Comp for 6 months. Natural Cycles app is consistently more accurate at finding my ovulation date than Lady Comp. Lady Comp gives up to 4 more red/ yellow days than I need compared to the Natural Cycles app. My first cycle using the app has mostly red days the second and third cycle 12 red days. After cycle 3 I only get 8-10 red days per cycle. On red days I use Kimono Ultra Thin Condoms ( recommend getting large size as they are manufactured in Japan a run a bit smaller than American brands). Kimono ultra thin condoms are the closest you can get to feeling like there is nothing there. They are also vegan, have no smell and are paraben free just use with a natural water based lubricant like "Yes Lube". Back to the topic I found that the Natural Cycles red or green days are always backed by my bodies actual physical fertility signs such as cervical fluid and BBT as tough in the book I mentioned earlier. Lady Comp on the other hand will give me 5 red days after ovulation instead of natural cycles 2. Natural cycles also allows me to input OPK test results and has been spot in when suggesting what days I should take the OPK test. I buy the cheap OPK test strips in bulk. I love natural cycles and when Im ready I can change the setting to plan for a baby at any time. No additional upgrade or cost needed. $60 a year is WELL WORTH the accuracy and peace of mind this hormonal free birth control app provides .

Love this app. Easy to use, informative and it does all the work for you, as long as you enter your temperature and check their daily note. Ive been using for six months. Where has this been my whole life?

Easy to use and after four months all is good. Its really empowering understanding my own reproductive system and fertility status day to day. Only down side is I wish it would work in offline mode. Also I would like to see all sex, with or without protection, hearts show up on the chart.

Not a fan of the new app design. It looks cheap. The old version was much easier on the eyes

I wish I could give two reviews. My first is 5 stars because I love that this app is available. I am so grateful that I have an alternative to birth control pills. I have never felt so good! The three is for the new updated app. I like the ease of entering only temperature compared to the older version. I also like the new tabs for day and month. It looks more modern and more streamlined to me. What I dont like it that I cant see my chart of date and temperatures. It wont load. It loaded once when I first downloaded the new app. When it did load, I was also disappointed that the cute little hearts that showed me when I had intercourse are no longer there. When I want to get pregnant, this is going to be important information for me and my doctor. I also dont like that I have to tap on a prediction tab EVERY time I see the calendar. I understand that many women didnt understand that they must check the app every day to see their fertility results, but there are some of us that are fully thinking and intelligent and need an option not to see that. Please bring back the full chart!! That was the best way for me to keep on track and be sure I was measuring everyday. Youve taken away my support to take charge of my fertility. I need to see the little dots going into the chart. They are like my little stickers telling me "good job"!

Its not for free. Monthly free... Basically too expensive!

The new layout/design of the app is aggressive and loud, it was much better before. The colors purple, red and green are not as nice as before. And you cant edit your temperature once youve saved it. Why do you make changes when people have figured out how to work something and why would you make it harder?

The customer service is excellent and the app works great!

Seems fine so far, but no matter how many times I try the app wont save my correct birthday, which just seems like an odd glitch & makes me wonder about its reliability.

I love Natural Cycles, but the new version of the app is TERRIBLE! The colors are ugly, the functionality has been seriously reduced, and its no longer intuitive and enjoyable to use, like it used to be. Please bring back the first version, or at least give us a CHOICE about whether to upgrade or not! I am not happy about paying $120 per year for an app that I dont enjoy using anymore.

After 2 pregnancy scares with LadyComp, I was excited to find this app. I have been using NaturalCycles for almost 14 cycles. I would recommend this app for birth control. Get a reliable thermometer. it is proven similar effectiveness to the pill. A perfect use Pearl Index of .5 99.95% 2 clinical studies done and working on the 3rd. Million(s) of days of data and 1 study in 4000 women. We are seriously avoiding pregnancy. Red days means use a condom. Green days mean have fun! It will gradually give me more and more green days as it learns my cycle. It is the only birth control in the world that uses this unique algorithim. The founder was a physicist in the team that discovered the Higgs Boson and recieved a Nobel Prize. This is not Ladycomp or Daysy, it is different. I used Ladycomp for 7 1/2 years and sold it. The longer I use it, it adds green days gradually down to 6-10 -/+ red days per cycle. I run a group on Facebook called NaturalCycles users. Come join us!!!

I downloaded this app because it looked beautiful and functional, and it is! The only problem is that I am currently tracking my fertility to avoid pregnancy, and this app does not track cervical mucus. Without that, I cannot use it. If this feature is added, I will be coming back!

I like the idea of being able to track my pregnancy and it looked like a well organized app. But when I put in my birthday and date of menstrual cycle, it kept switching the day of the month that I entered. I dont think Ill keep using it. Too bad.

I totally lost in it, have no idea how does it work.

I appreciate that the programmers take the time to read these reviews then revise the next versions with the public input, so for that, thanks!! I also emailed them with a question and they were very helpful, I was impressed with their customer service and will stick with the app for awhile. I am now in pregnancy mode and I like the overall update better. I like that my graph is still there, the colors are growing on me unfortunately (from the last version), and I like that it is more direct now when you are trying to get to somewhere in the app. The new update even fixed my incorrect birthdate. The only thing I dont like is that in the pregnancy mode it does away with your month view. I always used the month view and even now, it would be helpful to see how far along I would be at certain times of the year. I do like the baby info but I miss my month view.
